We invite you to be a part of our cherished Christmas tradition, the Wyndham Carols by Candlelight 2025. This beloved event, celebrating over 30 years of community spirit, brings joy to families and friends by sharing the story of Jesus’ birth, and we need your help to make it unforgettable!

There are many ways you can get involved, whether you’re a people person or prefer working behind the scenes. Here are just a few areas where your help would be invaluable:

• Front Gate: Helping welcome attendees, providing programs and providing direction.
• Kids’ Activities: Spread joy to little ones by helping with craft tables, face painting, activities and entertainment.
• Ticket Sales: Helping operate our box office where attendees can purchase tickets at the gate.
• Parking: Creating a supported and stress-free parking environment by assisting directing traffic.
• Information / Guest Services etc: Providing information, supporting attendees needs, selling candles, and ensure everyone feels at home.
• Ushering: Help guests find their way to their seats, clearing walkways and ensuring attendees can navigate the venue.
• Logistics: Perfect for those who like to be hands-on, assisting with setup and pack down of stalls, equipment, and other vital tasks pre and post event.
